We’ve officially opened the doors to our new, state-of-the-art facility in Dawsonville, Georgia.

This marks a major milestone in BTD’s ongoing growth and innovation journey. The grand opening was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 30, 2025, bringing together BTD leadership, local officials, employees, and community members.

This new 335,000-square-foot facility sits on our existing Dawsonville campus, adjacent to the original 162,000-square-foot building acquired in 2015. With this expansion, we’re significantly increasing production capacity and strengthening our ability to deliver flexible, high-quality solutions to our growing customer base.

The original Dawsonville facility continues to provide a full suite of services, including research and development, tooling, fabrication, stamping, welding, painting, assembly, and inventory management. The addition of the new building enhances those capabilities, allowing BTD to take on larger and more complex projects while increasing operational efficiency.

This investment also represents a strategic move to meet growing demand and deepen our relationships with customers. With expanded space, advanced technology, and increased flexibility, BTD is well-positioned to provide timely deliveries, greater responsiveness, and exceptional service.
