AN OTTER TAIL COMPANY
In 1995, BTD became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Otter Tail Corporation. This provided our company with the opportunity and resources to grow our business and better serve the needs of our customers. In addition, it helped expand our management expertise, strategic planning and allowed us to hire and train the best people in the business to make products for our customers.

Bob sees every day as a challenge and a new opportunity to do things better than the day before. From safety, quality, and delivery to productivity and talent – Over the course of Bob’s career he's seen that when people work together there are no limits to the improvements that can be made across all areas of the business.
Marty Kiebke
VP of Systems
Since 2000, Marty has had a passion for seeing BTD turn raw materials into high-quality steel parts for its world-class customer base. During his nearly 20 year tenure, Marty has been involved with every facet of the company; from Quality & IT to Materials & Systems. While he's seen technology come a long way over the years, he's excited to see how it will continue to improve productivity and enhance the company's capabilities.
Jared Lotzer
VP of Commercial Operations and Business Development
Since 2001, Jared has been instrumental in developing the company's commitment to sales and quality. Perhaps the most important thing he's developed, however, is a passion for finding ways to better serve BTD's customer base. If there's a way to add value through capabilities and processes, he'll make it happen.
Paul Gintner
President
As president of BTD, Paul lives and breathes the company's core values. He thrives on seeing the team bring the BTD vision to life. Paul, one of BTD’s first employees, has grown along with the company; from 6 employees to 1300+. The passion for the business that he has grown over the last 30+ years is contagious.
