From Shipper to Warehouse Leader at BTD: Brad’s Journey

Brad’s journey at BTD Manufacturing began when he was 16 years old when he worked in the warehouse during the summer. After moving to Arizona he continued his career in manufacturing, working in a variety of roles, including assembly and production for 10 years. Then, he decided to return to Minnesota. With the help of his brother, who also works at BTD, he remembered the great opportunities the company has to offer and once again joined the team. 

Throughout his career at BTD, Brad has held various positions in the warehouse, including shipper, planner and his current role as warehouse leader. Over the past 11 years here he’s worked every shift, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in different aspects of the warehouse operations.

When asked why he chose BTD, Brad recalled the company’s history and the belief that if you stay focused, opportunities will come your way. This has certainly proven true for him as he has progressed in his career at BTD.

Additionally, Brad feels like he is part of a successful team, and at the end of each day, he has a strong sense of accomplishment.
