We’re excited to be partnering with Lakeville, Minnesota North and South high schools to give students hands-on experience with careers in manufacturing. Through the Youth Skills Training program, students can learn industry-specific skills, earn free college credits and achieve industry-recognized credentials. With the experience, students are also prepared to enter the workforce after graduation. 

BTD has also participated in the program through Detroit Lakes high school, helping students there explore their interests and possible careers paths before they leave high school.
