TOOL DESIGN & PART DEVELOPMENT

Our tool design group utilizes SolidWorks Design stations. We also incorporate the latest form simulation software combined with CMM, PolyWorks and FARO arms with laser scanning technology to reduce lead times and ensure the highest level of quality in your finished products.

TOOL ROOM & DIE TRYOUT

Our die technicians are innovators that continually strive to improve not only themselves, but the quality and timelines on every die we build!

We want you to be assured of flawless performance when you receive a die from BTD. Consequently, our process for testing your dies is second to none. We run your die through tryout presses ranging from 45 to 800 tons. We simulate fully progressive runs to test real-world conditions.
